If for any reason you're not satisfied with your product, please contact us to arrange a return. Returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of the delivery date. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. We are unable to cover costs for returning the product.
Once we've recevied your return, we will initiate the refund for the product. We are unable to refund delivery costs.
If you require an exchange, we will send this when the original item is returned. Please note you are liable to cover delivery costs for exchanges.
